Nowadays it manufactures as many as 6,000 different funeral articles made of brass, stainless steel, aluminium, and porcelain. The quality of a Pilla product is characterized by the famous Pilla Finishing widely recognized as the highest quality worldwide since 1935. Our products are made of brass, 65% out of which is copper. In order to guarantee the maximum resistance to oxidation and invariability of colour , our products are protected by as many as 4 coats of the highest quality varnish. This varnish is also used by the most prestigious car producers. It allows our products to maintain their original colour as well as feature long-time resistance. Thanks to frequent internal as well as external laboratory analyses which undergo our products, we are able to constantly control the qualitative level of our production. The Maintenance of a Pilla Product Our products should be cleaned with a damp soft cotton cloth only. Rough materials may damage the precious varnish layer of the product and as a result favour its oxidation. Please be aware that no common cleansing agents (detergents) should be used. We recommend using our protective self-polishing Pilla spray or popular cosmetics that protect a car’s varnish. Additional information: It is impossible to determine the exact time of resistance of a Pilla product as it depends on the level of acidity present in the air of a given area where the product is exposed. Nonetheless, the protective surface of Pilla products proves to be more than double as resistant as competitors’ products of equal quality.
