These 3 ships were built as combined
icebreakers and Anchor Handling Tug Supply
vessels. In winter they operate as icebreakers
and for the rest of the year as AHTS.
Each of the 3 ships has been
upgraded with a LowNoise
tunnel thruster in the bow
to increase crew comfort.
