2014
After-Sales service
Our After-Sales service segment covers all service needs for our
Thruster Systems. We support and supervise every stage from
installation, commissioning, testing, maintenance, emergency
repair, upgrade and retrofit, training and spare parts.
Brunvoll has a network of Service Centres in China, Korea,
Singapore, Germany, UK, USA, Brazil, Turkey and Chile.
These Service Centres are coordinated through our Head Office
in Molde where all Service Technicians attend regular training
programs.
In 2014, we carried out installation and commissioning of
the largest single project in our history with the delivery of
nine thrusters to the same vessel for PaxOcean Engineering
Zhoushan Co. Ltd. The project was completed on schedule and
the vessel is now operating in Brazil for Petrobras.
We completed 650 field jobs in After-Sales service in 2014,
consisting of 50 installations, 140 commissioning jobs and 450
ordinary service jobs.
